REFUND POLICY

We want you to love what you ordered — and what you give. If something's wrong, we'll make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, the product must be unused and in its original, unassembled condition. All original packaging must be intact. The item must be returned in the same condition it arrived.

To start a return, email us at info@woodianoco.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and send you the return address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrived damaged or with missing pieces, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.

We don't offer refunds on items that have been partially or fully assembled.
